Quick CAD subscription and end-user license agreement
The agreement presented during onboarding or in Billing is the active version for your subscription. View the current application agreement.
Your organization and authority
This agreement governs your organization's use of Quick CAD, provided by the service operator identified on your subscription or invoice. By accepting, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization. Each person must use their own account. Your organization is responsible for its users, permissions, equipment and lawful use of the service.
License and permitted use
During an active trial or paid service period, Quick CAD grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use its enabled services for internal operations. Do not resell access, share accounts to avoid seat limits, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use it unlawfully. Your organization retains ownership of its records; the service operator retains ownership of Quick CAD and its software.
Thirty-day trial
Your free trial begins when workspace onboarding is completed and lasts 30 days. The trial permits no more than 25 active users across the entire CAD workspace and all its agencies. Your selected role allocations may impose lower limits. Selecting more paid seats does not increase the trial limit. No card charge is made merely by creating a trial workspace.
Seats, price and renewal
Every purchased seat has the same price, including administrator, management, dispatcher and field-user seats. The early-bird rate is USD $25 per seat per month, compared with the displayed standard reference price of USD $50. Annual service costs USD $300 per seat, billed once each year. The displayed total is based on purchased seats, not how often each user signs in. Your billing screen and checkout show your seat allocation, billing interval, amount and due date. Applicable taxes, if charged, are shown at checkout. Your first payment is due when the trial ends. Once paid service begins, renewals follow the first paid service period's monthly or annual anniversary, as shown in Billing. A late first purchase starts a new paid service period; it does not restart the trial. The reference price is not an automatic scheduled price increase.
Card authorization and cancellation
Online payments currently accept credit cards. Contact support to discuss other payment methods. Card information is collected by Stripe through its hosted payment pages, not by Quick CAD. A trial agreement alone does not authorize a card charge. If you authorize a recurring subscription at checkout, you authorize the displayed recurring charges until you cancel. Use Billing's payment-management link to cancel future renewal or update your payment method; contact support if you cannot access that link. Cancellation does not automatically erase records, cancel already incurred charges or promise a refund. Any refund is subject to applicable law and the service operator's written policy. Paid access normally continues through the paid service period unless another valid suspension ground applies.
Automated suspension and restoration
Quick CAD keeps costs down through automation. If full payment has not been successfully received when your 30-day trial or paid service period ends, operational access is suspended automatically. Users cannot continue using CAD, MDT or back-office functions during suspension. Authorized administrators can still sign in to Billing to view charges and pay. A submitted payment, pending payment, failed card attempt or payment-return page does not restore service. Only a successfully confirmed full payment for the required service period restores paid operational access. Contacting support or selecting another payment method does not by itself lift a payment suspension. Maintain an independent operational continuity plan.
Records, privacy and authorized disclosure
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, use and retention of its records and for deciding who may access them. You authorize the service operator and its service providers to process records as needed to operate, secure and support Quick CAD. Do not enter payment-card numbers or card security codes into incident records or support messages. Agency separation and user permissions do not replace your organization's legal duties or an applicable data-processing agreement. Suspension is not a deletion request; retention and removal requests remain subject to applicable law and the service operator's published policies.
Operational responsibilities
Quick CAD is an operational coordination tool. Your organization remains responsible for dispatch decisions, emergency communications, situational awareness, staffing, device connectivity and independent fallback procedures. GPS accuracy, map coverage, third-party integrations and report validation depend on their sources and configuration. Do not treat a location, generated report or validation result as a guarantee of accuracy, regulatory acceptance or uninterrupted emergency service.
Availability, changes and applicable rights
The service may be affected by maintenance, network failures and third-party services. Any service-level commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement. The service operator may suspend unlawful or security-threatening use and will communicate material subscription changes before they take effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement, the service is provided as available without an additional guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for every operational requirement. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acknowledgment and support
Quick CAD retains the accepted agreement version, accepting account and acceptance time as an action receipt. Review the displayed amount, renewal interval and suspension policy before accepting. For billing questions, cancellation assistance, payment alternatives or a separate organizational agreement, use the support contact shown in Billing.
