The public website
The public marketing website provides product information, guides, support details and these pages without requiring an account. Login, registration, onboarding and operational work take place in the separate Quick CAD application.
The marketing website does not set application sign-in cookies or request access to your location, camera, microphone or GPS device. The current website does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK. Hosting systems may process technical request information, such as connection details, requested pages and errors, to serve and operate the website.
Accounts and support correspondence
Creating an application account collects information such as your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as hashes. Agency administrators manage staff membership, roles and access to their workspaces.
If you email support, your message and contact details are used to respond to your inquiry. Include the information needed to explain the issue. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, juvenile records or incident evidence. Ask for an appropriate way to provide sensitive information if it is needed.
Agency records and operational information
Depending on enabled modules and agency use, the application can hold incident and report information; person, vehicle and property records; identifying details; juvenile information; court records; case photographs, video and documents; and citation acknowledgments.
Unit location history and interaction/activity records can also be collected where enabled. Device permissions, agency settings and user permissions control the relevant workflows. Agency boundaries and privacy restrictions govern ordinary access to operational records. The agency determines its authorized use of that information.
Configured service providers
Quick CAD uses configured services to provide application functions. These can include AWS hosting, storage, email and text delivery; Stripe for hosted card payments; Google Maps and Places for maps and address searches; and Anthropic models through AWS Bedrock for optional integration-builder assistance.
Stripe collects card details on its hosted payment pages. Quick CAD retains subscription and payment-reference information rather than collecting full card numbers or card security codes. Google receives map and address requests when those features are used. Enabled partner integrations receive the data required by their reviewed configuration and the actions an authorized user takes.
Retention and removal
Retention depends on the record type, agency configuration, authorized holds and applicable operational requirements. Deactivating a user, cancelling a subscription or suspending access for nonpayment does not automatically delete agency records.
The application supports administrator-reviewed removal and redaction workflows. Action receipts, audit records and approved history are retained by default. A request may require review by the agency responsible for the record; this page does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.
Questions about your information
For an incident, citation, court record or other operational record, contact the agency responsible for that record. Quick CAD support can help route a service or account question, but does not make the agency’s decisions about its records.
For website privacy questions, account concerns or help identifying the appropriate contact, use the support email below. Describe the type of request without attaching sensitive records to the first message.
